DW-GWA Series Horizontal Autoclave
The DW-GWA series is large-capacity horizontal steam autoclaves designed for laboratories and facilities that require regular sterilization of liquids, glassware, instruments, wrapped items, and other heat-resistant materials.
Two configurations are available. The DA Series covers routine steam sterilization, while the DQ Series adds pre-vacuum, vacuum drying and rapid water cooling for applications that require better air removal, drying or faster liquid cooling.

Advanced Features of DW-GWA Series Vertical Autoclave
Automatic door
Simply push the chamber door lightly and the system will automatically lock.
Click the open door button, the chamber door will automatically open.
Fast cooling system(DQ only)
After sterilization,water will flow into the pipe around chamber to cool the chamber rapidly, good for the liquid or media.
PLC Industrial control system
Professional industrial control system with high stability, achieving fully automatic and dynamic control of the sterilization process, and can be easily maintained, queried, verified, recorded, and extended for upgrading.
6 level of exhaust speed control
After sterilization,you can choose different exhaust speed, and you can adjust it freely at any time of exhausting.
7 inch touch screen
LCD touch screen, using text, data, and graphical methods to dynamically display various states, and using touch control to facilitate human-machine dialogue and editing operation steps.
Pre vacuum+vacuum drying(DQ only)
Equipped with internationally renowned brand vacuum pumps, with good pre vacuum effect and fast vacuum drying
Speed.
Separate steam generator
Adopting a high-power three-way heating device, it automatically generates steam to supply the sterilization chamber, and has functions such as automatic control of water inlet, heating, and prevention of dry burning and overpressure.
Drainage temperature can be set
Provide a large capacity water tank that can set the temperature for the discharge of sterilized water, so as to protect your sewer Piping.
L models (Option)
Chamber material can be updated to SUS316L.
Safety Features of the DW-GWA Series Vertical Autoclave
- Door Interlock & Pressure Protection: The door interlock prevents the sterilization cycle from starting unless the chamber door is properly closed and locked. Pressure monitoring and safety valve protection help control abnormal chamber pressure during operation.
- Temperature & Water Level Monitoring: Temperature and water level are continuously monitored during the sterilization cycle. The system provides protection against abnormal temperature conditions and insufficient water in the steam generator.
- Automatic Fault Protection: The control system monitors key operating conditions throughout the cycle. When an abnormal condition is detected, the system can stop operation and display fault information for troubleshooting.
- Electrical Safety Protection: Electrical protection includes leakage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection to help protect both the equipment and operator during daily use.
- User Access & Emergency Protection: Multiple user permission levels help control access to operating and parameter settings. An emergency stop function allows the operator to stop the system when immediate intervention is required.

Choose DA if: You mainly sterilize routine solid or liquid loads and do not require vacuum-assisted air removal, vacuum drying or rapid water cooling.
Choose DQ if: You regularly process hollow instruments, wrapped materials, porous loads or liquid media and need pre-vacuum, vacuum drying or faster cooling after sterilization.
