It replaces the air inside the chamber with pressurized saturated steam, typically operating at 121℃ for 30–60 minutes (standard cycle) or 134℃ for 15-20 minutes (high-temperature pre-vacuum cycle).

How Does a Desktop Dental Autoclave Sterilize Instruments?
