The DW-GF Series covers chamber capacities from 29 L to 175 L for laboratory liquids, glassware, instruments, wrapped materials, media preparation and waste treatment. Multiple configurations are available for routine sterilization, automatic water filling, drying, odor treatment and filtered exhaust.

Key Features of DW-GF Series Vertical Autoclave
- 7-Inch Touch Screen: 7-inch color touchscreen with Chinese and English interface. Operation is supported with gloves or a stylus.
- 60 User Programs: Up to 60 sterilization programs can be stored for different load types and routine workflows.
- 999 Cycle Records: The system stores up to 999 sterilization records for later review, printing or USB export.
- 6-Level Exhaust Control — DA / DF / DR only: Six exhaust-speed levels allow pressure release to be adjusted according to the load. Slower exhaust is useful for liquid loads that are sensitive to sudden pressure changes.
- Saturated Steam Monitoring: The controller monitors cold-air discharge during the heating stage to support stable saturated-steam conditions in the chamber.
- Fast Cooling: A cooling fan helps reduce the post-cycle cooling time. The DX configuration uses two cooling fans.
- Automatic Drainage & Cleaning — Optional: Optional automatic drainage reduces manual water handling. Compatible DF and DR configurations can also add scheduled or cycle-based automatic cleaning.
Safety Features of DW-GF Series Vertical Autoclave
- Lid Interlock & Safe Opening: The lid-closing and interlock system prevents cycle operation when the lid is not correctly secured. One-button opening is enabled only after internal conditions reach the programmed safe range.
- Low-Water & Dry-Heating Protection: Multiple water-level and temperature monitoring methods help detect insufficient chamber water and reduce the risk of dry heating.
- Pressure & Temperature Monitoring: Mechanical and electronic protection continuously monitors pressure and temperature. Abnormal conditions can trigger heating shutdown, pressure release and alarm functions.
- Cooling Lock: Different lid-opening temperature limits can be set for different programs. Liquid cycles allow a lower opening-temperature limit to reduce the risk of opening while the load is still excessively hot.
- Electrical & Fault Protection: The controller monitors operating status and provides fault information when abnormal conditions are detected. Electrical protection includes leakage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection.
