The DW-TC6030 is a fully automatic, discrete and random-access chemistry analyzer. The open reagent system supports end-point, kinetic, two-point, double-reagent, double-wavelength and multi-standard methods, with automatic dilution, re-testing and QC management for routine laboratory workflows.

Features of DW-TC6030 Automatic Chemistry Analyzer
- 260 Tests/Hour & STAT Testing: Up to 260 tests/hour with fully automatic, discrete and random-access operation. Supports 40 online test items and 40 sample positions, including standard, QC and STAT positions.
- 40 Refrigerated Reagent Positions: Provides 40 reagent positions with 2–8°C refrigeration. Reagent volume ranges from 10–500 μL in 1 μL steps, with automatic liquid-level detection.
- Automatic Dilution & Re-Test: Supports 2–50 μL sample volume in 0.1 μL steps and automatic/manual pre-dilution up to 1:100. Samples can be automatically diluted and re-tested when the absorbance or linear range is exceeded.
- Stable Reaction & Optical System: Uses 90 reusable cuvettes with automatic blank testing and maintains 37°C ±0.1°C reaction temperature. The optical system covers 340–690 nm across 9 wavelengths, with ±2 nm wavelength precision.
- 8-Step Automatic Washing: Features 8-step automatic cuvette washing and drying, plus internal and external probe washing. Water consumption is approximately 4 L/hour.
- QC & Real-Time Monitoring: Supports linear/nonlinear multi-point calibration, random QC insertion and QC chart management. Operators can monitor the sample tray, reagent tray, cuvettes, reagent residual volume and waste volume in real time.
