Ultrapure water circulating tank

The inner layer is made of low-leaching, surfactant-free, adhesive-free, and colorless filler HDPE; the top is equipped with a standard side-mounted air filter (adsorbing CO2 and organic matter); the water tank is equipped with a standard immersion 254nm germicidal UV lamp to control microbial growth and reduce TOC.

Master S series: Direct tap water intake, built-in PP cotton, KDF, and activated carbon pre-treatment + Dow RO membrane, complete with a complete water purification process;

Master-D series: Can only be connected to pre-treated pure water/distilled water/deionized water, no RO reverse osmosis module, suitable for laboratories with existing pre-purified water systems.

The end-stage double-layer PES filtration can retain particles >0.1μm; high-end UVF/UF models are equipped with multi-stage purification columns to remove RNase and DNase, suitable for molecular biology experiments such as PCR and protein analysis.

The dual-outlet design simultaneously produces RO pure water + 18.2 MΩ・cm ultrapure water; the Master-D series has a maximum water production rate of 2L/min, and the Master series is available in S15 and S30 flow rate specifications, which can be selected according to needs.

Ultrapure water can stably reach 18.2 MΩ・cm at 25℃; deionized water resistivity ≥5 MΩ・cm. It fully complies with various top-level laboratory water standards such as ASTM, CAP, CLSI, EP, and USP, and is suitable for high-precision experiments such as cell culture, molecular experiments, and physicochemical analysis.

Master-D Inlet Water: RO pure water / distilled water / deionized water, temperature 5-45℃, standard 1 atmosphere; Master S series is compatible with municipal tap water, with multi-stage pre-filters protecting the RO membrane, offering a wider range of inlet water adaptability.

To prevent employees from accidentally modifying parameters. Equipped with a two-level access password, equipment parameter settings are locked, preventing unauthorized personnel from modifying operating parameters, complying with GLP laboratory management standards.

An external water tank is available as an option to meet the needs of large-volume continuous water intake scenarios, ensuring an ample water supply.

Equipped with a genuine Dow RO membrane, with a desalination rate >99%, stable operation, and a longer lifespan. Multi-stage pre-treatment filters significantly extend the membrane’s lifespan.

The four-stage integrated ultrapure column uses Dow’s high-end polishing resin to stably maintain a low TOC water quality of 18.2MΩ; the piping and adapters are all made of NSF-certified food-grade materials, eliminating secondary contamination and controlling TOC.

  4. The single stage RO water’s ion rejection rate is more than 96%, and the ultrapure water’s resistivity absolutely reaches to 18.2MΩ.cm.

With LCD controlling system, 3 way water quality sensor, timing and quality dispensing, single stage RO system and 1 pump, Master-Q series deionized water system is superior choice of deionized water for general grade experiments.

With tap water inlet, its output ranges from 15 to 30 liters/hour. It can produce single stage RO water and deionized water. The single stage RO water’s ion rejection rate is more than 96%, and the deionized water’s resistivity is more than 16MΩ.cm, near to18.2MΩ.cm. It completely meets the requirements of general chemical or biological experiments for pure water.
