DWPE-1250A Split-Type Solvent Recovery Device
DWPE-1250A is a split-type solvent recovery system combining programmable vacuum control, an anti-corrosion diaphragm pump, secondary condensation and exhaust-vapor treatment. Designed for rotary evaporation, reduced-pressure concentration, drying and distillation workflows, it recovers solvent vapor that may escape primary condensation through an additional condenser and adsorption unit, helping improve solvent recovery and reduce residual vapor and laboratory odors.

Features of DWPE-1250A
- The solvent recovery device is composed of vacuum controller, diaphragm vacuum pump, cooler, waste liquid recovery bottle, waste gas adsorption device, etc.
- The matching cooler and activated carbon adsorption device are small in design and can effectively absorb harmful gases to improve the experimental environment air.
- In order to protect the diaphragm vacuum pump, inhibit the exhaust gas leakage, equipped with self-circulating purification function.
- Host: Integral diaphragm pump integrated vacuum control system, with high control accuracy, corrosion resistance, long valve life.
- The large screen touch color LCD screen can display the detected and set vacuum degree, and the vacuum degree can be adjusted directly on the LCD screen.
- Can be imported or domestic brand rotary evaporator, with good vacuum control vacuum controller.
- The vacuum inside the rotary evaporator can be controlled to improve the low boiling point reagent (e.g., methyldichloride, benzene, trichloroethane, ethanol, etc.)The recovery rate can also be replaced by inert gas on decompression concentration when the interior is free from oxidation and contamination.
- It can control 10 stages of gradient distillation program (time and vacuum arrangement operation), and gradually control the vacuum degree when synthesizing experimental tomographic vacuum distillation.

Secondary Solvent Recovery
