It is a professional laboratory elemental analysis instrument, mainly used for the rapid detection of up to 70 elements in samples. Applications cover environmental protection (heavy metals in wastewater), industry (metallic material composition), food safety, geology and minerals, and chemical products.

a. Real-time flame monitoring: A built-in high-definition camera and sensor system allow for real-time observation of the flame status. In case of abnormal flameout, the RF power supply will automatically shut off to protect the instrument.

b. Argon gas protection function: When the argon gas pressure falls below the safe operating limit, the instrument will automatically cut off the power supply and sound an alarm to prevent damage to the equipment due to insufficient argon gas.

In terms of stability, the RSD (relative standard deviation) of the instrument during a 2-hour long-term test is ≤ 2.0%. In terms of accuracy, for a 2 ppm mixed multi-element solution, the RSD is < 1.0%, which meets the requirements for precise analysis.

The entire optical path is equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, with a temperature control accuracy of ≤ ±0.1℃. This effectively eliminates the influence of ambient temperature changes on optical components, ensuring stable and reliable test data over long periods.

Yes. The instrument’s nebulizer is standard, but it can be customized and replaced for special samples, such as equipping it with a dedicated sample introduction system resistant to high salt, hydrofluoric acid, or organic substances.

Very accurate. The instrument’s plasma gas, auxiliary gas, and carrier gas are all controlled by an integrated high-precision mass flow controller (MFC), with a flow control accuracy of up to 0.01 L/min, which is continuously adjustable, ensuring the accuracy of the test data.

The software integrates an “audit trail” function, which can completely record the instrument operation and data processing process, meeting the compliance requirements for data integrity and traceability in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.
