The petrochemical version Inductively Coupled Plasma atomic Emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) is a chemical analysis instrument specifically designed for the testing requirements of the petrochemical industry.Mainly used to determine the content of various elements in various oil products and related products.

  1. For oil samples, no digestion or cumbersome sample pretreatment is required; direct injection and testing are possible.
  2. A complete elemental analysis can be achieved within ten to twenty minutes from sampling to testing.
  3. The detection limit can be below one ppm. Scanning wavelength range: 190-460nm (4320L/mm grating); 3600 line grating: (190-500) nm; 2400 line grating: (190-800) nm

If need test one of Li Na K then need choose 2400 grating. If not only choose 3600 grating.

Dedicated Sample injection System: The core of the petrochemical version is specifically designed for the high volatility and high organic content of oils. It features a semiconductor-cooled ultra-low temperature fog chamber system, solving the problem of carbon buildup in organic samples during plasma and enabling direct oil sample introduction.

Standard Version: This version typically uses a conventional sample introduction system, primarily for processing digested aqueous solutions or inorganic samples. If used for oils, it generally requires complex sample pretreatment (such as digestion), a cumbersome process that is prone to introducing contamination.
