LW8548 AD Laboratory Glassware Washer
The LW8548AD laboratory glassware washer and dryer is capable of washing glassware with 3-tier racks and has a small footprint. It is a highly cost-effective option for high throughput or mixed loading processing. It is suitable for cleaning and disinfecting laboratory vessels made of various materials, including glass, ceramics, metals, plastics, etc. Examples of these vessels include test tubes, beakers, volumetric flasks, measuring cylinders, flat bottom flasks, burettes, filter funnels, centrifuge tubes, reagent bottles, pipettes, capillary tubes, and so on. It provides strong cleaning and glassware drying functions, and needs to be installed independently.

Key Features
Flexible Solutions

Steam Condenser
As standard, the LAB 500 series is equipped with an integrated steam condenser to prevent vapors from entering into the washing area at a set temperature – programmable from 0°C to 93°C.

Drying Efficacy
Built-In HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system providing even and fast drying of surgical instruments. Adjustable time and temperature settings for the optimization of cycle duration and energy consumption.
Easy Access to Chemicals
A frontal sliding drawer for easy access and storage of chemical containers – up to three 5 L.
Conductivity Sensor
Conductivity sensor for measuring of the conductivity value during the final rinse phase are available upon request.
