DW-5250A Large Capacity Floor Type Rotary Evaporator
DW-5250A is a floor-standing rotary evaporator designed for large-volume evaporation, concentration and solvent-recovery workflows. It combines automatic cantilever lifting, a large-area condenser, vacuum operation and continuous collection-bottle discharge for pilot-scale and high-volume laboratory processing.

Features of DW-5250A
- Upgraded version of large screen LCD screen, integrated multifunctional operating system monitoring display, menu interface and knob data input make the setting operation intuitive and convenient.
- Sealing unit: Imported PTFE and special synthetic materials are processed and synthesized by special process technology to enhance sealing, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
- Pressure retaining valve device: under the condition of not affecting the pressure operation of the equipment system and sample distillation, the recovered solution in the collection bottle can be continuously discharged at the same time.
- Safety protection function: set with over current, overload protection, fuse, heat sensing dry burning preventer, equipment abnormal, over temperature automatic power off, standby early warning protection.
- A disposable molded Teflon heating pot with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning was used to avoid cross contamination during the experiment.
- Vertical, integral three-reflux large-diameter condenser not only has large cooling area, strong evaporation capacity, but also is easy to install.
- Automatic lifting function: the safe distance limit is set, and the lifting is stable, convenient and quick.
- Equipped with transparent protective cover (heat preservation, energy saving, explosion proof, splash proof)
Continuous Solvent Collection
The pressure-retaining valve allows recovered liquid in the collection bottle to be discharged while the evaporation system remains under operating pressure, reducing the need to stop the distillation process simply to empty the receiving bottle.
