It is primarily used to detect the content of all metallic elements and most non-metallic elements in samples. Specific applications include rare earth industry, ore analysis, metal smelting, geological research, and environmental monitoring (such as water quality and soil heavy metals).

It can test over 70 elements and can simultaneously detect all elements in a single sample injection. The analysis speed is very fast, approximately 5 elements per minute, expandable to 10 elements per minute depending on the configuration, significantly improving laboratory efficiency.

The limit of detection is very low. For most elements in solution samples, the limit of detection can reach the ppb level (parts per billion), making it suitable for trace heavy metal analysis.

Its dynamic linear range is extremely wide, reaching 5-6 orders of magnitude. This means that elements in the same sample, whether present in high concentrations (ppm) or extremely low concentrations (ppb), can be accurately measured simultaneously as long as they are within the linear range, without the need for frequent sample dilution.

It is equipped with a high-efficiency concentric nebulizer and a patented dual-cylinder nebulizer chamber (with an optional hydrofluoric acid-resistant nebulizer chamber), resulting in high nebulization efficiency. It also features a five-channel, sixteen-roller fully automatic peristaltic pump with continuously adjustable speed and a separate injection system for real-time observation of the injection status, effectively avoiding injection blockage or bubble interference.

It uses an all-solid-state high-frequency RF generator with a frequency of 27.12MHz (frequency stability ≤0.01%). The power is continuously adjustable between 500W and 1600W with an adjustment accuracy of less than 1W and a power stability of less than 0.01%. It also features rapid water cooling and automatic tuning, ensuring very stable performance.

In terms of accuracy, using a 2ppm mixed multi-element solution for testing, the RSD (relative standard deviation) is ≤1.5%; in terms of stability, the RSD is <2.0% after 2 hours of long-term operation. Furthermore, the optical system employs a precision temperature control design (temperature accuracy ±0.1℃), ensuring long-term data reliability.

Ignition is fully automatic, requiring no manual intervention; it’s a one-click ignition process via software. Simultaneously, the argon gas flow is precisely controlled through a mass flow controller (MFC) with real-time numerical feedback, ensuring both safety and convenience.

Dedicated Sample injection System: The core of the petrochemical version is specifically designed for the high volatility and high organic content of oils. It features a semiconductor-cooled ultra-low temperature fog chamber system, solving the problem of carbon buildup in organic samples during plasma and enabling direct oil sample introduction.

Standard Version: This version typically uses a conventional sample introduction system, primarily for processing digested aqueous solutions or inorganic samples. If used for oils, it generally requires complex sample pretreatment (such as digestion), a cumbersome process that is prone to introducing contamination.
