DW-F800 Fiber Analyzer is with advanced design, easy operation and flexible application. It can be used in the conventional Weende method to analyze crude fiber and Van Soest analysis to wash the fiber. Applies to plant, feed, food and other agricultural products as well as the determination crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), hemicellulose and acid detergent lignin (ADL).

  1. Hidden solution barrel pull structure designed to facilitate dosing operation, and provide the safest fiber analysis.
  2. Corrosive liquid is not in contact with any pump body, to avoid waste discharge pump susceptible to corrosion phenomena.

FAQ

It mainly adopts Van Soest method, which can sequentially detect neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and acid detergent lignin (ADL), and calculate crude fiber content. It is widely used in feed, grain, forage and food industries.

Applicable samples include grains, feeds, straw, fruits and vegetables, herbal residues, etc. Liquid samples need to be dried and made into solid powder before testing.

Main reasons: incomplete washing of sample residues, insufficient filtering, residual acid-base liquid in filter bags, incomplete drying, or sample contamination during transfer.

After each test, drain residual acid and alkali solution, clean the heating tank and filter devices. Regularly check pipelines for blockage, replace aging silicone tubes, and keep the heating cavity clean without residue accumulation.

Main consumables: filter bags, crucibles, filter cloth, silicone tubes. Filter bags are disposable for each test; silicone tubes are replaced every 6–12 months; intact crucibles can be reused repeatedly.
