The DW-320N is a double beam atomic absorption spectrometer, boasts reliable baseline stability. Graphite furnace and hydride detection methods can be added as additional methods. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer is widely used in the analysis of major and trace elements in metallurgy, geology, mining, petroleum, light industry, agriculture, medicine, health, food and environmental monitoring.

Stable and reliable with the functions of integral holding, peak height and area, auto zero adjusting, deuterium lamp background correction, multi-linear and nonlinear curves fitting, various parameters and working curves displayed in screen and report printing, etc. It is equipped with interface for externally linking PC.

It can be used to analyze various types of samples, including environmental samples such as water, soil, and air, as well as food samples, biological samples, and industrial materials. This instrument is mainly used to determine major and trace metal elements in various samples.

This instrument supports multiple analytical modes, including flame spectroscopy, graphite furnace spectroscopy, and hydride generation.

The instrument should be operated under the following environmental conditions:

Ambient temperature: 10℃ to 30℃

Relative humidity: Not exceeding 85%Other requirements: Avoid vibration, magnetic field interference, corrosive gases, and heat sources.

The instrument needs to be connected to an acetylene cylinder and an air compressor. Be sure to use a dedicated pressure reducing valve and ensure good ventilation.

The problem might be a faulty lamp power supply, a broken lamp holder wiring, or poor contact between the lamp holder and the socket. Check the lamp power supply, connecting wires, and related connectors in sequence.

This is caused by oxides or impurities on the cathode surface. Try increasing the lamp current to a few milliamps until the sparking stops. If this doesn’t work, replace the lamp.

Yes, the DW-AA320N is designed to be durable and can withstand multiple users rotating in a university teaching environment. This model uses mechanical latches on the control panel instead of fragile plastic latches, and the sample tray is made of stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. Routine maintenance only requires periodic cleaning of the burner head and checking of the gas tubing. The instrument weighs approximately 130-160kg, but can be placed on a standard lab bench without the need for a custom workbench.
