DW-ATN-100 semi-automatic azotometer(protein determinator) is designed by our company in accordance with the Kjeldahl method, mainly for assaying the content of ammonia nitrogen, protein nitrogen in cereals, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, medicine, sediment and chemicals. The determination conforms to national standards, AOAC, ISO, etc.

FAQ

Check cooling water circulation switch and unclog condenser pipeline to maintain continuous cooling water flow, otherwise ammonia gas will escape and lead to low test results.

Insufficient sodium hydroxide or excessive acidity of digested liquid. Appropriately increase the injection volume of lye to fully neutralize acid and release ammonia.

Check whether the indicator fails and eliminate air bubbles in titration pipeline. Replace mixed indicator regularly and observe the end point in standard operation.

Rinse distillation and titration pipelines with pure water after each test. Regularly clear crystal blockages in waste pipelines to avoid pipeline corrosion caused by residual strong acid and alkali.

Nitrogen impurities exist in distilled water or reagents, and digestion tubes/distillation cups are unclean. Replace nitrogen-free pure water and fresh reagents, thoroughly clean all containers and retest blank.
